One of the better steak places to eat at.  Shortys

I just don't know if those piney woods are still there on the MGMT area.

And, I don't think we can go to where the ball fields are.

Tight Lipped outfit, the west monroe news was out of the blue, nobody had mention it as a possible site in the rumors I had heard. This one could be anywhere, but I'm betting on a deep south locale, since the date are early march.

That was all of the talk in Metropolis last year (Monroe I mean)

Since everyone is throwing out ideas, how about Pipestem State Park in WV.  It one of the nicest state parks in the country.  Lodging is available on site as well as in the surrounding area.  Good restaurant on site and throughout the area.  The down side would be the weather....in March you don't know what's going to occur.

I'm sure hoping its not moved to SE Alabama.  900 miles puts that shoot out for me.  Mississippi was driveable at least.  Tennesse or even NW Alabama would be a whole lot better.

If I am going to have to take extra vacation days, buy a plane ticket and rent a car to shoot I'm hoping it would at least be a nice place to visit with something interesting to see and do.

If'n I was a bett'n man, I would put my $$$ on Columbus, Ga ---- it would all depend if the Army has already started, or will be starting work on their new projects, or not, before March. I can remember just a few years ago ASA used it for a "fill-in shoot" in March, because of a different site change. I seem to also remember it was about 27 degrees there on Sunday morning ------- JUST RIGHT !!!

Would I not love the resurrection of the Kinder site? Sleep and eat at mom and dad's for the weekend and shoot with you guys. Couldn't be better...except...for the Classic where I'll sleep in my own bed and shoot with you guys.

Swapping Hattiesburg for Kinder..............oh man that would be great. I think of all the former sites Kinder has to be the top pick for me if we were to return anywhere.

I'd vote for Kinder. The courses are all still there. I drove pass them just a few days ago.

You guys love that I am sure. That will put too many away from me where I'd have to take days off work. It's either be Kinder or Paris. Given the choice between the two, it'd be Kinder hands down though. I loved Kinder, but I've never been to Paris.

I almost always have to take a day of vacation for the shoots. I had rather drive to them early on a Friday morning and get to see all my friends and spend a day hanging out and shooting as have to rush around after work on Friday!!

This is what I save my days for, archery!!!

I have to pick and choose. I only get 3 days per year to use as personal days. I'll have to justify taking the Monday after Paris off because it's on the heels of a holiday week. That involves an appeal to the superintendent of schools, yada, yada, yada. I love the peeps like you absolute. Smiley I'd rather go visit than shoot.

well I know. But everyone else is spitting out places so I figured I would too. Somewhere in the southeast ie bama, fl, sc, or ga. I'm for one trying to make them all this year, but with only 2 under a 5 hr drive it will be hard.

Sandunes range is no where near large enough to host an ASA Pro Am.  I have been there the past 2 years for the sectional and have enjoyed the shoot but they have had less then 100 shooters at each one.
